Our application process is designed to be straightforward and transparent.

Prepare Your Application
Gather your transcripts, statement of purpose, CV, and letters of recommendation. PhD applicants should identify potential research supervisors.
Submit Online
Complete our online application form and upload all required documents.
Interview & Decision
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview (in person or virtual). Admissions decisions are typically released within 8 weeks.
Application Deadlines
Plan ahead — we encourage early applications, especially for doctoral programs with limited slots.
Priority review for Postdoctoral applicants. Notification by January 2027.
All positions. Notification by March 2027.
Rolling notification for remaining Researcher and Postdoctoral slots.
Application Requirements
Requirements vary by program level. All documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified translation.
Postdoctoral Scholars
- Completed online application form
- PhD degree transcripts
- Proof of English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ / TOEFL 100+)
- Research proposal (1500–2000 words)
- Three letters of recommendation
- CV with publications list
- Identified potential research mentor(s)
Researchers
- Completed online application form
- All university transcripts
- Proof of English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ / TOEFL 90+)
- Statement of purpose (800–1000 words)
- Two letters of recommendation
- CV / resume
Fellows (by Invitation)
- Nomination by current IAMP Fellow or external referee
- Outstanding publication record in relevant fields
- Statement of research vision (1000–1500 words)
- CV with full publications list
- Three letters of recommendation from senior academics
- Evidence of interdisciplinary collaboration
